A Coeliac and an Indian in Hong Kong and Japan

Andy and I embarked upon an adventure of a life time. From the outset we knew this trip was going to be everything we imagined it to be, an adventure, memories, experience and damn right fun. This was our 6th holiday together exploring the world and I couldn't think of another person id rather spend it with.  It was the most challenging holiday we've had to date and only because food was a problem especially travelling with a coeliac. we, however wouldn't have changed anything about the trip,  it was a culture shock and everything in-between basically everything we prepared ourselves for. We loved it, even with all the traveling, late nights and sometimes hangry moments (hungry + angry = hangry). So for any of you who are thinking of taking a visit to Hong Kong and Japan here is what we go to, I've tried to do it in order of the things we did so that you can use it as your own guide if you ever find your self heading there alternatively leave a comment with your email address for a more concise (basically no images and exact locations of everything we did in way more detail) guide to HK and Japan!
